Terms of Service
Last updated: January 15, 2025These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of haycolandscapes.com (the "Site") and the landscaping services provided by Hayco Lawn & Landscape Studio ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide landscape design, installation, lawn maintenance, irrigation, hardscape and related outdoor services within the greater Jacksonville, Florida area. Specific scope of work, pricing and schedule will be provided in a written proposal for each project.
2. Estimates & Proposals
Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Work is scheduled upon signed acceptance and, where applicable, a deposit.
3. Payment
Recurring maintenance is billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Project work follows the milestone payment schedule in the signed proposal. Past-due balances may accrue a service fee of 1.5% per month.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel recurring service with 14 days written notice. Project work cancelled after material is ordered may incur restocking and labor fees.
5. Property Access
You agree to provide safe access to the property, including unlocked gates and disabled invisible fences on scheduled service days.
6. Plant Warranty
Installed plants are warranted for 12 months provided the property remains on our recurring maintenance plan. Warranty excludes damage from drought beyond municipal restrictions, storms, vandalism or owner-driven changes to irrigation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Photography
We may photograph completed work for portfolio use. We do not photograph people on the property or share identifying address information without consent.
9. Use of the Site
You agree not to copy, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the Site. All content is owned by Hayco Studio or its licensors.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Duval County, Florida.
