What We Do

Six services, all done in-house by the same crew. No subcontractors, no franchise playbooks.

01 / Weekly Lawn Care

Weekly maintenance, the way it should be.

Most of our clients are on a weekly recurring schedule from March through October and bi-weekly through the cooler months. Each visit includes a sharp-blade cut at the correct height for your grass type, edged walks and beds, blown hardscapes, and a quick visual on irrigation heads and pest pressure.

You get a short text after every visit summarizing what was done and anything we flagged.

  • ✓ Same crew, same day each week
  • ✓ Sharp-blade cuts (no scalping)
  • ✓ Bed edging and bagged debris haul
  • ✓ Quarterly schedule with seasonal adjustments

02 / Landscape Design

Plans drawn by the person installing them.

Peter handles design personally. After a site visit, you'll receive a hand-drawn plan with annotated plant list, a 3D massing sketch, and a cost breakdown by phase. We design in phases on purpose — most yards don't need to be torn up all at once.

Typical design fees are credited against installation if you proceed with us.

  • ✓ Site analysis, light & soil notes
  • ✓ Annotated planting plan with mature sizes
  • ✓ Phase-able install schedule
  • ✓ Plant warranty on installations
03 / Patios & Walkways

Paver work that survives Florida summers.

We build paver patios, stepping-stone paths, low retaining walls, fire pits and outdoor kitchen pads. The visible part — the pavers — is the easy part. The base preparation is what makes the difference between a patio that lasts twenty years and one that's lifting in three.

We dig to depth, compact in lifts, use proper geotextile fabric and edge restraint, and finish with polymeric sand.

  • ✓ Belgard, Tremron and Pavestone pavers
  • ✓ Proper sub-base compaction in 4" lifts
  • ✓ Drainage planning before any digging
  • ✓ Lifetime structural warranty on installation

04 / Irrigation & Drainage

Water in the right place, at the right time.

Most Jacksonville yards we audit are overwatering by 30–50% and still have dry spots. We do head-by-head audits, replace broken rotors and spray heads, install smart Wi-Fi controllers (Rachio, Hunter Hydrawise), and tune zones to your soil and sun exposure.

For low spots and houses backed up against the marsh, we install French drains, dry wells and grade corrections — fully permitted with SJRWMD when required.

  • ✓ Free system audit with any service plan
  • ✓ Smart controller installation and tuning
  • ✓ French drains and yard drainage solutions
  • ✓ Backflow preventer service and certification
05 / Native Plantings & Trees

Plants that belong here.

We pull most of our material from family-owned growers in Plant City and around Macclenny — meaning the plants are already acclimated to Florida heat before they hit your yard. Common picks: live oak, magnolia, simpson stopper, walter's viburnum, muhly grass, coontie, saw palmetto and beach sunflower.

Every install includes one-year plant warranty if you keep us on maintenance.

  • ✓ Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ approach
  • ✓ Tree installation up to 200-gallon stock
  • ✓ Hand-watering schedule for establishment
  • ✓ One-year warranty on installed plants

06 / Seasonal Refreshes

Spring and fall cleanups.

Twice a year we send a small crew to refresh beds: re-edge, weed, prune back overgrown shrubs, re-mulch in pine straw or hardwood, and haul everything off-site. This is the maintenance most yards quietly need and rarely get.

We also handle pre-hurricane prep (tying down loose pots, pruning weak limbs) and post-storm haul-outs.

  • ✓ Bed re-edging with crisp lines
  • ✓ Pine straw or hardwood mulch
  • ✓ Selective pruning, not hedge-hacking
  • ✓ Storm prep & cleanup

Not sure what you need?

That's normal. Call us and we'll sort it out together — no obligation.
