Bungalow Front Yard Restore
1920s bungalow on Hendricks Ave. Removed dying St. Augustine, installed Florida-Friendly bed of muhly, simpson stopper and beach sunflower, plus crushed-shell walkway.
A handful of projects from the last few seasons. Most of our work is in San Marco, Mandarin, Avondale and out toward Ponte Vedra.

480 sq ft Belgard patio with built-in fire pit and seat wall. Tied into existing irrigation and re-graded the lawn for proper drainage.
Two-phase project. Phase 1 was a front-yard refresh; Phase 2 was a backyard reimagining with raised veg beds and a small pollinator garden.
Replaced 14 broken rotors, installed Rachio smart controller, and rebuilt one zone that had been running into a fence for two seasons.
Salt-tolerant planting palette for a home one block from the dunes. Used sea oats, beach sunflower and dwarf yaupon.
Post-hurricane haul-out and bed reset for a longtime client. Re-mulched 1,400 sq ft and replaced two damaged crape myrtles.
